We’re delighted to announce that Zuhal Demir, Founding Attorney at Demir&Demir Law, has joined our Advisory Board at Pivony.

Zuhal shares her experiences in the field of commercial law, particularly in the establishment, general assembly, mergers and acquisitions, contractual arrangements, and share transfers that companies need. Her support and mentorship will add significant value to Pivony as we build strong foundations on our growth journey.

Zuhal graduated with honors from Yeditepe University, Faculty of Law, and has been working as a lawyer for 15 years as a registered member of the Ankara Bar Association. She is particularly interested in Startups and Information Technology Law.
