1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies can be first-party (set by pivony.com) or third-party (set by an embedded service). They can be session or persistent.
2. Essential cookies and storage
Needed to run the marketing site and remember your consent. They are not used for advertising. Platform login cookies (if any) are set on app.pivony.com, not on this page.

3. Analytics cookies
Set only after you accept analytics. They help us measure traffic via Google Tag Manager (GTM-M5M9V58) and Google Analytics 4. First-party events such as page_view and cta_click are sent only with analytics consent.
These are not anonymous. GA4 assigns a unique client ID. That is personal data under GDPR and KVKK. We do not use PostHog on pivony.com.
You may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Marketing & advertising cookies
We do not currently set Meta (_fbp), LinkedIn (li_fat_id), HubSpot (hubspotutk), Intercom, or Google Ads (_gcl_au) cookies on pivony.com. If we later enable advertising tags in GTM, they will require marketing consent and this table will be updated.
5. Functional cookies and storage
These support language and product widgets. The Sonic Prospect chat can set a first-party session identifier on every page. Calendly runs only on the demo-booking page.
