Pivony announced that it is collaborating with Vodafone Turkey for the "Müşterim Ne Diyor?" (What My Customer Says) program.
Emre Calisir, Pivony's Founder and CEO, stated that they cooperated for the program that aims to provide the best customer experience by understanding the motivations of the customers and said, “The artificial intelligence and platform features offered by Pivony will add value to Vodafone Turkey's growth strategies and will help increase the satisfaction rates of its customers." he said. Founded in 2020 as a Consumer Intelligence Start-up, Pivony announced that it has partnered with Vodafone, one of the world's largest telecom and technology provider companies. Through its AI-powered platform, Pivony will enable Vodafone to gain insights from customer reviews across online/offline channels. With the partnership between the two companies, Pivony's self-service artificial intelligence powered platform will be offered to all Vodafone employees.
