What is a word cloud?
A word cloud is a picture of a text in which each word is drawn larger the more often it appears. It gives a quick first look at what people talk about most, for example in open-ended survey answers, reviews or support tickets.
How to make a good word cloud
- Paste only the text you want to analyse, for example the answers to one survey question.
- Keep "Remove common words" on, and add words that appear everywhere but say nothing, such as your brand name.
- Lower the number of words if the cloud looks crowded; 30 to 60 is usually readable.
- Read the frequency list next to the cloud: it shows exact counts, which the picture only suggests.
What a word cloud cannot tell you
- Whether a word is used positively or negatively: "delivery" can be praise or a complaint.
- Phrases and context: "not good" splits into two words.
- Why something is mentioned, and what to fix first.

Can I use it for Turkish or other languages?
Yes. It counts words in any language written in Latin or other alphabets, and it removes common English and Turkish words. You can add your own words to remove.
How do I download the word cloud?
After generating, use "Download PNG" for an image or "Download SVG" for a scalable file you can edit.
Can a word cloud analyse customer feedback?
